Company Updates
Malleable Aglow
December 2, 2017
Greetings from Albion Malleable Brewing Company,
Friday, December 1st was a fantastic evening in downtown Albion. The Albion Aglow parade was well attended, and the Malleable tent had a fantastic reception for our house-made currywurst – selling out completely before the night was done.
Our revenue share campaign came very close to reaching our goal this week, with $189,000 committed. We are beginning the process of counter-signing documents, and money transfer and check requests will begin this week. Thanks again for everyone who is a part of this exciting project.
For those who are still interested in investing, the option to do so will remain open on the Local Stake web site until we reach our full funding goal of $200k. We’d love to have a couple more people on board!
Cheers!
Ben, John and Charles
One More Week!
November 25, 2017
Greetings from Albion Malleable.
This past week saw the floor of the taproom get finished and sealed, and the sidewalk replaced in front of the brewery. Cleanup of all of the brick and wood interior started over the weekend, and the first of the tables built from the old floor joists was assembled. With a little warmup in the temperatures for a few days, we are expecting to get a coat of paint on the front of the building and work on the façade started this week.
Our Local Stake investment campaign has hit $172,500 in commitments towards our target of $200,000 by December 1st. With just one week left, now is the time to log in and move from “interested” to “committed”! This may be your final chance to help to bring one of the most anticipated businesses in decades to downtown Albion – and to get a great return in the process. There are over 100 people who have indicated interest on Local Stake! While we would love to have a few more $5-10k investors, remember that the minimum investment is just $1,000. There’s plenty of room to get involved at whatever level you are comfortable with.
We invite all of you to come downtown Albion on December 1st for the Albion Aglow Parade. We will have the Malleable tent in from of the brewery location debuting our house made bratwurst with kraut and curry ketchup sauce. Stop in and say hello and get a sample. And as always – if there is anything we can do to help you in your decision, do not hesitate to message, call or meet with us at your convenience.
Cheers,
Ben, John and Charles
Discussion
Are you offering benefits to people that invest? For example, Tecumseh Brewery gave everyone who invested a Brew Crew membership. Also if you invested so much, you received Tshirts, pint glasses, etc. depending on how much you invested.

Do you own the real estate or are you leasing it? If a lease, what is the annual expense? If you own it, is the investment secured by the real estate?
