Moody's Butcher Shop is the only farm-to-fork local food system of its kind in Central Indiana. The Moody family farms, owns its own processing facility, and sells its own farm-raised meats in its three current retail butcher shops in the Indianapolis area. Our sales are proven. Our production model is proven. Our infrastructure is built. Now, it's just time to expand.

Moody's is beginning its next phase of expansion by opening a new retail location in 2014 in Center Grove. The new retail store will expand on the foundation built in its two existing retail locations in Avon and Zionsville. Based on previous experience, the Company is confident that the demographics of Center Grove provide an ideal market to grow an additional retail outlet for its locally raised meats.

Currently the production facility that takes meat from Lone Pine Farms and other suppliers and prepares it for shipment to the Moody's Butcher Shops is running at 66% capacity. As we continue to grow the number of retail outlets, we will grow this capacity usage rate. The first need to address in order to increase the total amount of capacity is cooler space, which can be addressed with relatively minimal investment. Additionally, we are currently running one shift at the facility, we could add a second shift which when combined with increased cooler space, would increase total capacity by nearly double.

In addition to the new Greenwood location, have you identified markets that could support future locations of Moody's Butcher Shops?

We feel that three markets currently present themselves as viable options for the standard Moody's Butcher Shop footprint including Bloomington, Lafayette and Geist. We are in the process of scoping a "Moody's Mini" concept which would replicate the current format but require a smaller footprint. Potential locations for this "Moody's Mini" concept include Broad Ripple, Carmel and Greenfield.

The current timeline on store opening is late April or early May. The goal is to have opened and established local awareness prior to Memorial Day.
